The London Cable Car climbs to around 90 metres above the River Thames, the highest observation point of its kind in the city. A one-way crossing takes about 10 minutes, while a return journey takes up to 25 minutes, depending on conditions.

The cable car spans the Thames between Greenwich Peninsula, near The O2, and the Royal Docks, near ExCeL London. You can board from either side. Your river voyage connects North Greenwich (the south side of the river for the Cable Car).

From the cable car, you'll take in aerial views of The O2, Canary Wharf, the Royal Docks, the Thames Barrier and the wider London skyline. This crossing offers a distinctive perspective of East London, offering a different view from what you typically see in central London.

Yes. The experience suits all ages, and under 5s travel free. The cable cars are spacious, and there's room on board for folded buggies, as long as these are not placed on the seats.

You can start the bus tour at any of our designated stops across London. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. The cable car offers step-free access and space for wheelchairs and pushchairs in each cabin. Please contact us in advance for the bus tour so we can make the necessary arrangements.

The bus tour runs year-round in all conditions. The cable car may pause briefly in high winds for safety, but service resumes quickly. We recommend dressing for the season and bringing a light layer if rain is forecast.

Your pass is valid for 24 hours from first use, giving you a full day to enjoy the bus tour, the river voyage and the cable car at your own pace.

You can board at any Central Zone pier to/from North Greenwich Pier.

The first boat usually departs at 6am, and the last boat is typically 9pm, with services running every 20 minutes. Please check with the operator before travel.
