The pass covers The London Eye, Madame Tussauds, London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London and Shrek's Adventure. Your ticket is valid for one entry to each attraction within 90 days of your first attraction booking.

The bus and river cruise pass gives you seven days to explore from first use. Spread your visits across the week however suits you — there's no need to see everything at once. The Merlin Attractions Pass, however, remains valid for 90 days from first use, giving you plenty of time to visit all five attractions.

Absolutely. The pass is ideal for families, combining easy transport with attractions kids love, from Shrek's Adventure to SEA LIFE London. Under 5s travel free on the bus, and there's space on board for prams and buggies.

You can start your bus tour at any of our designated bus stop locations across London. River cruises depart from Westminster Pier, Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier and the London Eye Pier. We recommend arriving a few minutes before departure to secure the best seats.

Yes. You can cancel or change your Hop-On Hop-Off and river cruise booking up to 24 hours before your tour date for a full refund. Attraction tickets can be cancelled according to each attraction partner's cancellation policy.
