The experience is recommended for children aged six and older. Younger children are always welcome to join the fun. Visitors under 18 require an accompanying adult.
A standard visit lasts about 90 minutes. You move through ten live shows at a set pace. Take your time in the arrivals hall afterward.
Actors portray your favourite characters throughout the journey. You will interact with Cinderella, Puss in Boots, and Pinocchio. Shrek awaits you at the end for photographs.
The attraction sits on the South Bank. Find it at the Riverside Building inside County Hall. It is located right next to the London Eye.
Pushchairs must remain in the buggy park. The immersive spaces and uneven floors require you to carry infants. Collect your buggy at the end of the journey.
