You can start your tour at any of our bus stop locations. Cruises start from Westminster Pier or Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or the London Eye Pier.
All our tours feature multilingual audio commentary in ten languages, plus fast, free 5G Wi-Fi on board.
Families and kids are more than welcome and under 5s can join for free. Drinks and snacks allowed plus pram / buggy space on board every bus.
You can change or cancel your Hop-On Hop-Off tickets up to 24 hours before your tour date. Attraction tickets can be cancelled according to each Attraction partner's cancellation policy. For more information see our terms and conditions.
How to book: Your first attraction booking is for the London Eye only. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be provided with a link to the Merlin Portal. Simply enter the email address provided along with the secure code on your voucher to book your other attractions via the portal. You have 90 days to visit all the attractions, and up to 5 changes are allowed. You can also speak to Merlin staff at your first booked attraction if you require assistance.
