    Disabled Access: All disabled visitors receive a concessionary rate with a carer admitted free of charge. Due to the age of the buildings, some areas are not wheelchair accessible but the Jewel House and the Crown Jewels are fully accessible to all visitors. Audio guides for blind and partially sighted visitors are available – just ask on arrival at the multimedia guide desk.

    Catering: The New Armouries restaurant and The Raven’s Kiosk are located within the Tower grounds, or there are other options on the riverfront.

    Catering: The Orangery and Palace Café, both open year-round.

    Banqueting House

    Please note that from 22 February to 18 April 2018, the Banqueting House will not be open to the public due to necessary conservation work to the magnificent Rubens’ ceiling.

    Please note, Banqueting House is guaranteed to open from 10.00 until 13.00 Monday to Sunday, but we often close in the afternoon at short notice for functions and events

  • 1. Redeem your voucher at the Original London Visitor Centre or with staff at any of our bus-stops when you are ready to start your hop-on hop-off bus tour.
    2. From the time of validation with our staff your Tower of London, Kensington Palace and Banqueting House tickets are valid for use within seven days.
    3. When you are ready to use your Royal Pass, go to Tower of London or Kensington Palace FIRST to redeem your ticket.
    4. You will then have 2 years to use your tickets for the other two attractions.
