All aboard The Original Tour

You’ve got your tickets for The Original Tour, now you need to know how to redeem them. If you have bought bus tickets directly from our website, you can redeem them by presenting your eVoucher and ID at our Visitor Centre, with our street staff or onboard our buses at any stop. However, if you have bought group tickets or attraction tickets, then you need to begin your tour at one of our departure points.

What is the difference between the departure points and our bus stops?

Our main departure points are different from our other bus stops because we always have The Original Tour staff members located here. This means that you can ask questions, redeem bus and attraction tickets and begin group tours from our departure points. Staff are on hand to direct you to the best route for your group and exchange eVouchers for bus and attraction tickets.

If you have booked tickets for a group of 10-50 people or need to redeem attraction tickets, head to one of our main departure points to see a member of our street staff and begin your tour.
