Will we get a commentary?...Yes
There is a full commentary in English and a choice of six other languages. Live English speaking guides appear on the yellow route service.
Will the children enjoy it?... Yes
You can relax and enjoy the tour whilst your children (and everyone else's) are entertained and informed by our highly acclaimed "Kids' Club" commentary and their free London activity packs. The "Kids' Club" is featured on our red and blue routes.
Will we be able to hop-on and hop-off?... Yes
Unlike some other companies, your tour tickets are completely unrestricted. You can travel on any of our famous open top tour buses. Each route makes frequent stops - simply hop-off where you want to and return to the same stop to continue your tour.
Can we tell which route each bus is on?... Yes
Each bus displays a coloured triangle on its front.
Do the tours buses run frequently?... Yes

Do you have fast entry tickets for London's top attractions?... Yes
Using our excellent relationship with London's top travel trade we are able to offer discounts for London’s best attractions. Purchase tickets online or alternatively at our London Visitor Centre.
Can we join the tour at any stop?... Yes
But we strongly recommend that first timers board at one of our main departure points where our staff can provide advice about traffic conditions on the day and final departure times. You may then choose to stay on the bus for a complete tour to get fully orientated or hop-on and hop-off at your leisure.
Can we use our tickets all day long?... Yes
Tickets are valid until the same time the following day for use during our operational hours. Ask our staff when you should board your last bus of the day as times vary seasonally throughout the year.
Do you offer concessionary rates for the disabled, deaf or blind?... Yes

Do you have easily accessible vehicles?... Yes
85% of our tour buses are easily accessible. For more information simply contact us in advance of travel either by email to info@theoriginaltour.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 20 8877 2120. We can then advise you of which routes the accessible buses are operating on that day.
Do you accept Tesco Days Out Tokens?... Yes
Tesco ClubCard Days Out tokens must be redeemed with a member of our staff on the day of travel. You get the value of the tokens off the individual adult & child ticket prices. Tesco ClubCard Days Out tokens are only redeemable against tickets for The Original Tour. We recommend that you visit one of our main start points, preferably our Visitor Centre, to redeem the tokens.

Can we book in advance of travel?... Yes
Individual tour tickets booked via our website can be redeemed up to 6 months from the purchase date. You will not be prompted to enter a date when booking.
Can the bus tour, walking tours & river cruise be used within the same 24-hour period?... Yes
From the time you first validate your tickets you can use the bus tours, walking tours & river cruise for 24-hours. For our current operational hours please refer to first/last bus times from our main departure points, walking tour times & river cruise timetable.
Will we be able to recognise the bus stops?... Yes
